Content Policy

Content Policy

This policy describes acceptable use when contributing content to HealthcareHop. It supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

Nurse Reviews

  • Reviews must be based on genuine personal experience at the facility.
  • Be honest and constructive — both positive and critical feedback are welcome.
  • Never include patient names, medical record numbers, dates of service tied to identifiable patients, or any Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Do not identify other staff members by name in a negative or harassing context.
  • Avoid including details so specific that they could reasonably identify you or others in a harmful way; see our Privacy Policy regarding review anonymity.
  • No profanity used to harass, threats, discriminatory language, or content promoting illegal activity.

Facility Responses

  • Responses must be professional, truthful, and relevant to the review.
  • Do not attempt to identify, retaliate against, or pressure the reviewer.
  • Do not include misleading claims, confidential patient information, or purely promotional content unrelated to the experience described.

Directory and Listing Content

Facility listings and edits should reflect accurate, non-misleading information. Do not impersonate a facility or submit listings intended to spam, confuse users, or misappropriate proprietary data.

Enforcement

Content that violates this policy may be edited, flagged, or removed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination. Facility representatives may flag reviews for administrative review but cannot unilaterally remove lawful content.
