For Travel Nurses
How do I create an account?
Visit the Join page and create a free nurse account with your email address. A password will be emailed to you.
Are my reviews anonymous?
Yes. Your username and email are never displayed alongside your reviews. We take technical measures to protect reviewer identity. That said, be mindful of sharing extremely specific details that could identify you to someone with contextual knowledge.
How does the review process work?
Search for the facility, rate it across seven categories (pay, management, housing, staffing, orientation, work-life balance, safety), and add optional written feedback. Clean reviews go live immediately; reviews with sensitive content are held briefly for manual review.
Can I add a facility that isn’t listed?
Yes! Click “Add a Facility” from the review form or visit the Add a Facility page. Fill in the basics and it will be published for you and other nurses to review.
Can I include compensation details in my review?
Optionally, yes. There’s a compensation section where you can share your taxable rate, stipends, weekly gross, overtime, and bonus info. This data is not required but is incredibly helpful for other travelers.
For Facility Providers
How do I claim my facility?
Find your facility on HealthcareHop and click the “Claim This Facility” button. Submit your name, work email, phone, and job title. An admin will verify your claim, usually within a few business days.
Can I respond to reviews?
Yes. Once your claim is approved, you can post official responses to any review on your facility page from the Provider Dashboard. Responses should be professional and constructive.
Can I remove a negative review?
Claiming a facility does not grant the ability to remove legitimate reviews. You may flag a review for admin review if it violates our Content Policy. We evaluate flagged content in good faith.
How do I post a job?
Facility providers with an approved claim can submit job postings via the REST API or admin panel. Jobs are reviewed by an admin before going live on the facility page and the Job Board.
